Instructor-led classroom training.

Adults learn new skills best through hands-on experience.  We offer instructor-led training by expert and seasoned instructors.  Our classroom is small so you get individual attention.  In the classroom the instructor's computer is projected on a large screen in the front of the room.  Each student is at a computer (one computer per student), performing the exercise along with the instructor.  Each class includes:

• Take-home manual that has detailed step-by-step instructions in real world scenarios, along with tips and shortcuts
• A Certificate of Completion
• After class support.  Call your instructor for follow-up questions

Custom Instructor-led training.

Create the class that's just right for your employees.  We can tailor classes around the needs of your business.

• Simply schedule a FREE 1-hour consultation at your office and discuss what Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and other major application skills your employees need to run your business efficiently and  productively.
• We can assess the skills of your staff with online testing to determine the level of training they require.
• We will customize a lesson plan and training materials to fit your needs.
• We can provide this training on-site or at our training center.

We can create a class that, for example, covers mail merge in Microsoft Word, formulas and charts in Microsoft Excel, journal in Microsoft Outlook, and teach your staff to use the great features of Microsoft Notes.

One-On-One Training

Get personalized on the computer skills you need.  Call for a free per-training consultation with the instructor who will customize your training session and materials.  Then schedule your own one-on-one private class.  We can also provide this training on-site, so you are working on your computer on your documents.
